Everyone knows in order to have impressive muscle flex you have to put in some practice and exercise. During this 21-Day Challenge, we won't be physically exercising, but we will be putting a practice in place that will produce some amazing results of greater freedom in your life. Here's how it works... 1. Each day you'll use a journal, online document, or list of some sort to write down one specific lie you are believing. Yes, a lie! This is going to require tapping into some self-awareness. Don't worry if it's not so easy to recognize a lie at the start of this challenge. You'll get better at recognizing them as the days of this practice go on. 2. After writing down one lie you are believing that day you will replace that lie with the truth. For example... LIE: I'm a failure. I don't do anything right. TRUTH: Even if something didn't go the way it was supposed to and I feel responsible I am not a failure. There are opportunities for growth and I will become better from this. "Yet even in the midst of all these things, we triumph over them all, for God has made us to be more than conquerors, and his demonstrated love is our glorious victory over everything!" (Rom. 8:37 - TPT) Write down the counteractive truth to the lie you are believing. 3. If you wanna take this to another level (adding some figurative weight) speak the truth over yourself aloud in the first person. If you repeat a lie on more than one day then try to add more truth! Let's Flex some Freedom!
