DURATION: 30 Minutes (virtual) COST: Free This session (otherwise known as an intake session) is an opportunity to explore whether starting a coaching journey is right for you. During this time you'll come to understand more about what coaching is and how it could help you pursue your goals and dreams. The goal for this time is to come away with a good understanding of what coaching is, what it is that you desire coaching for, and to create a plan for your coaching journey.
